A List of My Favorite Sugar Documentaries (with links!)

Here are some of my favorite documentaries addressing the truth about sugar. I also included a short to-watch list at the end—documentaries that I've started watching (but haven't finished) that I find are worth looking into.

Please watch and pay attention.

Sugar is indeed the tobacco of our time.

Enjoy!

Or not, really, because once you're done, if you're like me, you'd be angry. Angry at how the love for money trumps the love for truth and health and wellness. At how these industries have been fooling us for ages through ~marketing~ and ~bribery~. They've been paying scientists to manipulate facts and rig studies in favor of the Sugar Industry for decades! AAAAAAAAAH!!!

You'll understand what I'm saying after watching these eye-opening documentaries.
